This NCAA Division II, is located in Erie, Pennsylvania and is a private Catholic institution offering associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. The co-ed student body is made up of around 4,400 enrolled students. The Golden Knights intend to start their first season with a roster of about 20 student-athletes.

“It is a great thing to promote wrestling here at Gannon and nationally. We have great facilities in place and outstanding academic programs. We will also be pioneers as the first women’s program in Pennsylvania which we believe will spark others to add the sport.” — Don Henry Men’s Head Wrestling Coach
We wish the Golden Knights much success in their future endeavor. It’s a great start to the year and I’m looking forward to seeing how many more programs are added before the next season starts.
